These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantaro Terra website (the "Site"), operated by Vantaro Terra Furniture Co., Ltd. ("Vantaro Terra", "we", "us", or "our").

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Vantaro Terra should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum available under applicable law, a dispute that cannot be resolved will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
